Bug Test outbound email broken + SMTP mail option not working/sending emails

No log or success/fail notice shows. I am using SMTP and I don't think it's working correctly.

Email transport class is showing as \Symfony\Component\Mailer\Transport\Smtp\EsmtpTransport
